The wedding will be held on Saturday, October 01, 2016. We'll start with a ceremony, then move to the reception. Due to the rainy forecast, we've moved the reception to an indoor location - The Roslindale House/Rogerson Communities. And the reception will still be outside on Sophia's Grotto's patio - we've put up a tent so we will be covered from the rain (and it should be warm in the tent, too). The attire is dressy, and you may want to bring something to keep you warm if you think it will get cool. We'd recommend taking a taxi or Uber to the ceremony and to your home from the reception so there is no need to worry about safety. We will walk from the ceremony to the reception. It is not a far walk; it is a 5-10 minute walk. It may be rainy so please bring an umbrella. We will also have about 70 white umbrellas to hand out to make the walk more festive; if you have a white umbrella, please bring it.

If you drive, we'd suggest parking: (1) in the parking lot behind the pet store, Unleashed, on Taft Hill Terrace, (2) in the Roslindale Village Train Station parking lot, or (3) on the street around the reception or ceremony. These locations are within an easy walking distance of the ceremony and reception. 

After the reception at 5 pm, we can continue to celebrate and hang out at Sophia's Grotto and/or head to Napper Tandy's, an Irish Boston Pub, which is right around the corner from the reception. Thanks for your flexibility as we make last minute changes. We are looking forward to an amazing day.
